Local Unions have recognized that they must enhance workforce diversity through increased employment of minorities and women, and del Lago Resort & Casino has stepped up to the plate to significantly help. The Tyre resort and casino will announce that it is investing $100,000 to support the Finger Lakes Workforce Investment Board. The funding is the largest one-time donation the organization has received and will help develop and fill the pipeline of skilled trades and advanced manufacturing workforce targeting young women and minorities.

Thank you to del Lago and the Wilmot’s for believing in what we do and supporting these great initiatives!
