“I’ve been working at RealEats for about 6 months. I started as a dishwasher, and was granted the opportunity to grow within the company. Today, I am a Chef at RealEats! I’ve worked hard to learn about the company and how every person and job ties into the others. RealEats focuses a lot on teamwork. I learned so much from all of the many recipes and meals that RealEats offers to basics in the kitchen like preparing foods like meats and vegetables. It takes a lot to become a chef, and I’m getting great training guidance from Executive Chef Marco Ballatori and other kitchen staff. RealEats is a great place to work because they believe in growth and promoting from within. Becoming a chef has been a wonderful experience. The company is open to new ideas so we are able to add a bit of our own taste, as we prepare and provide others with nutritious meals that are made with fresh, local ingredients. RealEats meals are something we eat at home. The job and the people I work with are amazing and everyday we learn a new way to be productive in the company.”
