NYS Pay Transparency Law: What you need to know

The NYS Pay Transparency Law took effect September 17th. The landmark legislation, which Governor Hochul signed into law last year, requires businesses across New York State with four or more employees to include a compensation ranges in all advertisements for job, promotion, and transfer opportunities.
