What: “What is the best way to find a job? What documentation do I need? Can social media help me get a job? Join us for this workshop to learn our best tips to make sure you’re maximizing your job search efforts! Whether you’re looking for your first job or thinking about changing careers, this workshop is designed for new and return job-seekers alike!”

Presenters:

Amanda Lesterhuis is the Youth Systems Coordinator for the Finger Lakes Workforce Investment Board. Amanda has been in the field of workforce development for 10 years mostly focusing on connecting young adults with training and employment opportunities.

Petrea Rae is the Coordinator of Pre-Employment Transition Services at

Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES.  Petrea has her bachelor’s degree in business management and master’s degree in counseling education from St. Bonaventure University. During the last 20 years, Petrea has assisted youth and young adults transition into the career of their choice by providing key skills that will help them now and in the future.
