Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Youth Services Program
The Finger Lakes Workforce Investment Board, Inc., (WIB) as fiscal agent for the Finger Lakes Workforce Development Area is soliciting proposals for the operation of federally-funded youth programs in compliance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. Funding will be for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The Finger Lakes Workforce Investment Board, Inc. intends to award the RFP for four additional program years, dependent on contractor’s meeting performance goals, quality of service or product that has been provided, timeliness of start-up and meeting of delivery schedules, cost projections for next year and the availability of funds. Other factors may be considered if applicable.
