Candidates for the Extruder Operator position should demonstrate above average mechanical knowledge along with attention to detail on paperwork in a high paced work environment. The physical demands of this job require frequently lifting and/or move up to 50 pounds and maintaining/cleaning the tooling needed to operate the extrusion machinery. Experience with plastics is desired. The operator must complete quality checks on the product and adjustments on several different kinds of equipment. Among other duties all employees must comply with company policies and procedures, paying special attention to safety regulations. Our ideal candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude, be mathematically inclined (both metric and decimal systems), have mechanical experience, and have the ability to work occasional over time.
