Maintenance Mechanic, 2nd Shift
Manufacturing mechanics install, fix, and maintain machinery used in the Henkel manufacturing processes. These professionals work on Henkel’s sophisticated equipment on the production lines that include automation, robotics and hydraulic lifts. Not only do they take apart malfunctioning machinery and replace, fix, or clean the parts and sensors with the current production, but they are also supporting the installation of Henkel’s expanding manufacturing lines and $17 million plant upgrade. This job would include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain all packaging and support equipment to optimize efficiency and quality
- Conducts line changeovers and makes necessary set-up and adjustments as required by the production schedule
- Perform line alteration, rebuilding as necessary in support of the over 1,000 different Henkel Beauty Care Products
- Assist Engineering on equipment installations
- Repair and fabricate parts as required
- Oil, lubricate, and check equipment and production lines
