An Engaged Management Team Means Long-Term Careers at Finger Lakes Extrusion

Billy has worked for Finger Lakes Extrusion for 23 years.  He has held positions on all three shifts and is currently the 1^st shift supervisor.  Before joining Finger Lakes Extrusion he was a special forces member and worked as a supervisor for an Eastman Kodak subcontractor.  The skills needed for the career he has today, have all been learned on the job.  Billy found his long-term career with Finger Lakes Extrusion working with the committed and engaged management team.
